MEGA Millions mystery: Who won?

Tuesday, January 03, 2012

There's still no winner.

Seven days after a lottery ticket sold in Yuba City was drawn as the winner of nearly $340,000, no one has come forward to claim it, state lottery officials said Tuesday.

The 7-Eleven at Stabler Lane and Butte House Road was one of three stores in the state to sell tickets matching five out of six Mega Millions numbers, and the winners will split a $1,014,318 prize, each receiving $338,106.

A single ticket in New York won the estimated $206 million jackpot, but no one has come forward to claim it either. People have claimed tickets matching five numbers that were sold in Los Angeles and Tustin.
