Here’s a bit of Interstate cooperation that starts with cents…and makes dollars. A lot of dollars. Like “$1,000 a day, every day, for a lifetime.”

That’s the motto of “Lucky for Life,” the newly launched lottery game that for the first time involves all six New England states with a bigger daily payoff appropriate to the combined population.
