The MA Govenor, House Speaker, and Senate President all appear to agree in principle on a new piece of gambling legislation that could be brought forward in the fall.  Commonwealth officials estimate residents spend $900 million a year in gambling in CT and RI.  Already Massachusetts is facing a $4 billion deficit for FY2010.  For more, click here.
