It’s happened again at Stewart’s Shop in Halfmoon, NY!  Shirley Fleming won $1 million this month scratching off the prize on a “New York Millionaire” ticket.  In January, a Big Bucks instant ticket sold to Pamela Fitch at the same store also as a $1 million winner. For more, click here.
