Joby Elliot, who went to college on a New Mexico Legislative Lottery Scholarship, is now working for the lottery designing scratch tickets.  Elliot designed the new “Red vs. Green” ticket, which puts red and green chile track stars competing in a frantic footrace. Elliott is a studio art major who plans to graduate from the University of New Mexico next year.  He joined the lottery in 2008.  For more, click here.
