New Hampshire residents have a chance to dance in the end zone the night before the big game as the Powerball jackpot is now worth an estimated $200 million with a one-time cash payout option of $125.1 million! The Powerball jackpot drawing will be held on Saturday at 11 p.m.
“Imagine the type of game day party you could host for your family and friends after hitting the jackpot on Saturday night,” said New Hampshire Lottery’s Executive Director, Charlie McIntyre. “Players are dreaming big and with a $200 million jackpot up for grabs, we can’t blame them!”
The Powerball jackpot has been rolling since it was last won on December 24 in Maryland.
“We have had nine previous Powerball winners in New Hampshire and we’re rooting for a tenth this weekend!” McIntyre added. “It only takes $2 for a chance to win.”
Powerball is drawn on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11 p.m., is offered at more than 1,250 lottery locations statewide and is currently for sale in 44 states around the country.
